Enriko Ceko, Dean of the Economics and Social Sciences Faculty, Kolegji Universitar WISDOM, has been appointed as Senator at the Grand Assembly of the World Business Angels Investment Forum. Senator Ceko will represent Albania in the International Academics Committee of the Grand Assembly.

He has graduated the Agronomy Faculty and Economy Faculty (Agriculture University of Tirana 1989, 1996), Faculty of Law (University of Tirana 2002). He has graduated MBA the Nebraska Lincoln University & Tirana University, He holds a PhD diploma in Management (Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana 2005). He has about 29 years working experience and about the same experience lecturing, specialized with about 45 training courses (Albania, USA, UK, Israel, Germany, Austria), etc. He is Dean of Economic and Social Sciences Faculty, University College “WISDOM”, President of Conservative Academy, Executive Director of Albanian Center for Sustainable Development, Executive Director of Albanian Center for Waste Recycling, (previously successful experiences as Commercial Officer British Embassy Tirana, World Bank Infrastructure Projects Supervisor, Newspaper’s Editor, etc). He is the author of around 5000 articles and over 30 scientific journal articles, participating in more than 50 international scientific conferences, author of “Total Quality Management” Book, “Quality Management Tools” Monograph, etc. His work focuses on public and private organizations consultancy, ISO Standards included, heading several NGO’s etc.

Aneida Bajraktari Bicja, Co-Founder & Partner, Balkans Capital, has been appointed as Senator at the Grand Assembly of the World Business Angels Investment Forum. Senator Bicja will represent Albania in the Global Woman Leaders Committee of the Grand Assembly.

Aneida Bajraktari is the co-founder and managing partner of "Balkans Capital" a financial consulting company based in Tirana helping companies unleash the transformative power of their finances. She is the founder and director of "Startup Albania", a non for profit organisation working to build an environment and culture for entrepreneurial growth and success. Aneida is a key player in the startup ecosystem in Albania. She is the co-director of Startup Grind Tirana, a global startup community designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs; lead organizer of Startup Weekend Tirana, the world’s biggest educational movement for entrepreneurs, curator at Startup Digest, a media company that publishes curated email newsletters on startup events and educational content in more than 300 cities. Aneida has organised numerous events with the desire to aid the development of the local entrepreneurial system. She has been invited as keynote speaker, mentor, jury member to different events. Her entrepreneurial spirit and pursuits not only engage and inspire but have also contributed in fostering innovation in the country.
