Ayumi Moore Aoki is the Founder and President of Women in Tech, a leading global organization whose mission is to achieve gender equality and women’s empowerment in STEM fields. With thousands of members in over 70 countries, the Movement reaches women worldwide through different programs focusing on education, entrepreneurship, science & innovation and social inclusion.
She is a leading global expert in women empowerment and community building. She is a keynote speaker, entrepreneur, advocate and mother of 4 children. Having lived and worked in many different countries, including Brazil, South-Africa and France, Ayumi has significant international experience advancing women in innovation and technology, leading diversity and inclusion programs and organizing global events.
As a speaker, Ayumi regularly speaks at numerous conferences and events around the world including PauseFest (Melbourne), Women in Business Expo (London), TEDx Ist (Lisbon), Skolkovo Conference (Moscow), UFM Business Forum (Barcelona), Station F “Future Ready, Leaders of Tomorrow” (Paris). 
In addition, Ayumi is an entrepreneur. She currently leads Social Brain, a human-scale, award-winning digital agency. The agency is dedicated to accompanying brands in their online communication. Beyond offering digital campaigns, Social Brain chooses to work on projects on which they can contribute to driving positive change. A force for Good, Social Brain is founded on a set of values, shared by its team and clients, based on integrity, creativity and impact.

Guillaume is a specialist in debt products and mergers and acquisitions with 20 years of international experience. Passionate about innovation, Guillaume is also an investor in several French fintech and healthcare startups.
After starting his career in M&A based in New York, Guillaume then worked as an originator of high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions related to LBOs in the United States.  After moving to Hong Kong, Guillaume was responsible for advising all types of debt issuers (sovereign and corporates) in various countries in the greater Asia Pacific region.  Based in Singapore during 3 years, Guillaume took the lead in structuring debt issuances and debt restructurings across South East Asia.
After 13 months of sailing around the world, Guillaume returned back to France and has notably been involved in the consolidation of certain regulated sectors in Europe via roll up acquisitions.
Guillaume is a graduate of IEP Paris and Paris X University and also holds the Yachtmaster ™ Offshore.
